Exchange policy

At Baposh we aim to make the exchange process simple. Please read these terms before requesting one.

General terms

• Please do not accept a parcel that is damaged, tampered with, or has an opened or broken seal.
• An exchange can be requested once, within 5 days of the date the order was placed.
• Exchanges are allowed within the same product category only, and are subject to stock availability.
• The article must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all price tags and labels attached.
• Articles that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained or mishandled are not eligible.
• Care instructions must be followed. Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, drying or cleaning does not qualify.
• Articles customised in colour or size cannot be exchanged.
• Sale, discounted, promotional and clearance items cannot be exchanged.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete article, contact us immediately after receiving the parcel and send clear pictures or video of the issue. If the fault is confirmed as ours, Baposh covers the shipment charges for the replacement. Please do not wear, wash, alter or repair the article before contacting us. All returned articles are inspected; if our quality check finds the article has been used, washed, altered or damaged, Baposh reserves the right to decline the exchange.

Size and fitting exchanges

A different size can be requested when the request is made within the 5-day window, the article is unused and unwashed with tags attached and in original condition, the requested size is available, and the exchange stays within the same category. Please check the measurements on the product page before ordering.

How to request an exchange

1. Contact us on Instagram or by phone within 5 days.
2. Give your order number and the reason for the exchange.
3. Send clear pictures of the article where required.
4. Our team reviews the request.
5. If approved, we send return instructions.
6. Send the article according to those instructions.
7. The article is inspected once received.
8. If approved, the replacement is dispatched.

Please allow 7–9 working days for the replacement to arrive. When you contact us, include your order number, full name and reason for exchange.

Shipping policy

We deliver across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

• Orders are processed after confirmation and dispatched as soon as possible.
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.
• Cash on delivery is available in Lahore only. Orders from all other cities are placed with online payment.
• Delivery is Rs 400 for one or two articles, and Rs 200 for each additional article after the first two.
• Please give a complete and accurate name, phone number and delivery address to avoid delays.
• Once dispatched, you may receive delivery updates on the number you provided.
• Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or because of courier delays outside our control.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy and protect the personal information you give us when shopping with us.

We may collect your name, phone number, delivery address, order details and payment information in order to process orders, arrange delivery, handle exchanges and provide customer support.

Your information may be shared with trusted courier and payment service providers when that is necessary to complete your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing and shopping experience.
